Registration Forms Scratch Sheet Race Program Form
For team tournaments: After the program creates the race file and formats all the score sheets within the file the "Enter Teams" dialog box appears. You may enter team names into Men's events, Women's events or Both.
For all tournaments: Next you will enter the competitors names. You can copy and paste entire teams from one event to another or make minor changes to reflect the coach's running order for additional events. When you have completed registration of the competitors you may enter the running order and bib numbers. The score sheet shown below has a random running order entered for all flights. The bib numbers were entered so at least one event will be run with consecutive bib numbers. After entering bib numbers into a single event, the "Transfer Bib Numbers" command will search through the remainder of the events for that gender and assign the same bib numbers to the racers who appear in more than one event (racers can keep the same bib all day).

One of the additional forms that Valiant provides is this Scratch Sheet. Print one for each event and place them where the coaches can find them. Coaches will make adjustments to their line-up on the Scratch Sheets, and then you can enter the changes into the computer.
This form is sorted by the running order. Use it for handouts on race day or for inclusion in your race program.
